About McGirr PAC

McGirr PAC is a registered non-profit society run by parent volunteers aiming to enrich the student experience. Getting involved in PAC is a great way to get to know other local families and your school administrators.

PAC fundraisers directly benefit the school by providing funds for subsidized field trips, equipment, purchases and school-wide pizza days. Many of our fundraisers - e.g. the hot lunch program, movie night, and fun fair - are also a lot of fun for our children. These are activities that help make money for the school while also providing a service that our community values.

Did you know? 

Last year the PAC provided over $6500 to subsidize school field trips. Your support helps ensure that our kids get access to fun and educational opportunities they may not otherwise get.

Want to get involved? 

PAC meets every third Monday at 7pm in the school library. We always welcome parents to come to listen, learn, and share ideas. We regularly put out calls for volunteers via email or on Facebook and are always grateful for any contribution you can make. Read more about opportunities to get involved.
